Clean and Jerk (1-1-1-1-1-1)
Work your way up to a heavy single 1 rep. This is NOT a 1 rep max. Concentrate on perfect form and practice your technique! Choose power Clean or Squat Clean depending on what needs more work for you.
Death by Clean & Jerk (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
With a running clock complete 1 rep in the first minute, 2 reps in the second minute, 3 in the 3rd, etc, until you cannot complete the number of reps in that minute.
