Every 2 minutes on the 2 minutes @ 70% of 90% of 1RM Clean

set 3: 3+3
set 4: 4+2
set 5: 5+1
set 6: 6+0
If you are not comfortable with your clean or you want to work more on your front Squat. Do 6×6 Front squat off the rack.
